Holiday Homes Conditions of Booking
- To secure your holiday home booking, a deposit of 25% of the total cost per van will be required. This is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
- The full balance is payable up to three weeks before arrival. You can pay over the phone, using a credit or debit card.
- The person making the booking must be a member of the party and over 21, and will be responsible for all members of the party.
- The number of people occupying each holiday home must not exceed the number of berths.
- Your holiday home will be available from 3.00pm on the day of hire, and should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.
- Smoking is no longer permitted in caravans.
- Usually only one car to be parked alongside each holiday home. If you have extra cars, or a boat or trailer, please ask at reception and we can advise you on where best to park them. Please also remember there is a 5mph speed limit around the park.
- Well behaved dogs are very welcome at Penhale, in designated holiday homes.The size and number of dogs is at the park owners discretion. Dogs must not be left unattended in the holiday home without prior discussion. They are to be kept under control at all times and not exercised off the lead on the caravan park. Reception will advise on suitable walks and exercise areas in the vicinity. Please clear up after your dog. Also, keep dogs off beds and furnishings in your holiday home and bring your own dog bedding.
- All linen is provided. You will only need to bring your own towels.
- Neither the owners, nor their staff, accept liability for any personal injury, loss or damage sustained during the period of your stay. (Except when it arises from the negligence of the company, it's staff or agents.)
- All visitors agree to abide by the park rules and regulations throughout their stay. These are displayed in reception.
- Please bear in mind that by making a booking you are entering into an agreement, and if you cancel your booking for any reason, you are still responsible for the full amount. We will however, make every effort tore-let the holiday home on your behalf and refund you the money. We strongly recommend that holiday insurance is considered.
