At Penhale there is no noisy club or bar so you can enjoy peace and quiet, with lots of fresh air and space to spread out and have a BBQ, bring your own outdoor games or just take in the view. There is a small games room on site with a free pool table and table tennis.

At reception you will find information about the local area, and we will be happy to help ensure you have a pleasant and stress-free holiday.You can purchase our fresh organic eggs as well as milk, bread and some basic groceries from the small shop in reception.

Convenience stores are in Fowey and Par (1.5 miles). Larger supermarkets are a short drive away
in St Austell (5 miles).There is a petrol station and
garage half a mile away.

Camping and Touring

Caravans, tents and motor homes have their own area with stunning views. We can offer you:

• Standard camping with plenty of space to spread out and no overcrowding
• 16amp hook-up on our spacious, mainly level, electric pitches
• Some hard-standing pitches
• Free hot showers, wash basins and toilets
• Hair dryers and electric shaving points
• Chemical toilet disposal point  
• A separate room for washing dishes, with free hot water
• A small laundry room with a washing machine, a tumble dryer and sinks for hand washing with free hot water. An iron and ironing board are available from reception
• Limited seasonal pitches and caravan storage
• A dog walking area
• Free pool table and table tennis in the games room
• Free ice pack freezing facility
• A recharging facility for phones, cameras, laptops - for a small donation to the RNLI (you will need to bring your own chargers!)

Holiday Homes

Our ten holiday homes also benefit from the most amazing views. Each one sleeps up to either 6 or 8 people and is fully equipped. See our holiday home page for information about the different types we have to offer. You can expect:

• Gas and electricity included in the price
• All bedding provided except for sheets and pillowcases, which can be hired
• A complimentary welcome pack including Cornish tea and biscuits
• Also provided is washing up liquid and a dishcloth & tea towel
• Use of the small laundry room on site
• Free pool table and table tennis in the games room
• Parking outside each holiday home
• A picnic bench outside each holiday home
• A dog walking area
• Hire of cots, highchairs and travel cots (a single bed can be removed to accommodate a cot)
