Touring - Conditions of Booking
- To secure a pitch in advance, a deposit of £25 (or the full balance if under £25) will be required. This is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
- Your pitch will be available from 12.00 noon onwards.
- Thefull balance is payable upon arrival please make cheques payable to Penhale Touring Park.
- Please vacate your pitch by 11.30am on the day of your departure.
- Well-behaveddogs are very welcome at Penhale, as long as they are kept on a lead atall times. Please also clear up after your dog, and please do not leavenoisy dogs unattended.
- Vandalism will not be tolerated. Itspoils everyone else’s enjoyment of the facilities. Anyone caught inthe act will be asked to leave immediately, with no refund.
- Wedo want you to have a good time! But we are a quiet, family park, andkindly request that no excessive noise is made after 11pm or before7am, for the benefit of all our visitors. Please also keep noise fromradios, stereos and televisions to a sensible level.
- There is a speed limit of 5mph on the site at all times. Please, please drive carefully.
- Neitherthe owners, nor their staff, accept liability for any personal injury,loss or damage sustained during the period of your stay. (Except whenit arises from the negligence of the company, it’s staff or agents.)
- All visitors agree to abide by the park rules and regulations throughout their stay. These are displayed in reception.
- Refunds cannot be given due to poor weather or the like. Refunds will only be made in exceptional circumstances.
